Taxila, Rawalpindi: A White Coat and Award Ceremony was organized at the HITEC-IMS Auditorium, marking the induction of the 8th batch of MBBS students into HITEC IMS Medical College and the 6th batch of BDS students into Dental College HITEC-IMS.

The event was attended by Chairman HITEC, Lt. Gen Shakir Ullah Khattak, Brig Imran Malik Director HITEWT, Principal HITEC-IMS Medical College, Principal Dental college HITEC-IMS, Heads of departments, and faculty members, featuring the recognition of their outstanding academic achievements and oath-taking by the incoming students.

The event commenced with the recitation of verses from the Quran, followed by a heartfelt Naat. The oath-taking ceremony symbolized the students' commitment to the ethical and professional standards of medicine and dentistry.

At the Award Ceremony students showing exceptional academic performance during their professional years were honored. Lt Gen. Shakir Ullah Khattak presented cash rewards to the recipients to acknowledge their hard work and dedication.

In his address, Chairman HITEC, commended the students for their outstanding achievements and philanthropic spirit. He emphasized the importance of staying true to their profession, urging them to use their knowledge and skills to serve the needy and sick in society.
