RAWALPINDI- Miss. Ayesha Zaka - student of final year BDS and pride of Margalla Institute of Health Sciences Rawalpindi, was nominated for the award of "student of the year" in non-academic category, organized by Pakistan Association of Women Dentist. Among many nominations from colleges from all over Pakistan, Miss Ayesha was one of the strongest competitors and she was able to get selected for top two best students of the year.

Among her many achievements, to name a few, she is the Founder and Executive Editor of International Dental JOurnal of Students Research and organizing chairperson of the international essay competition - DENTALENT 2015.

Miss. Ayesha won the Third prize in Virtual World Congress of Dental Students 2013. She was also selected for the European Dental Students Association research program in King's college London - Dental Institute, under the supervision of Dr. Karen Liu in the area of 'Stem cell research'. Recently her Abstract was selected in FDI congress 2014. She is very active in research and has participated and won various table clinics and presentations.
