LAHORE: The 34th FAMILYCON 2024 International Conference on Family Medicine concluded in Lahore with an awards ceremony honoring key contributors to healthcare.

Prof. Dr. Arshad Malik, Dean of HBS Dental College, Islamabad, received the Lifetime Achievement Award for his significant impact on medical education and patient care.

Expressing his gratitude, Dr. Malik said, “I am deeply thankful to President Tariq Mian and the selection committee for this honor.”

At the conference, Dr. Malik delivered an insightful talk on “Oral Manifestations of Hepatitis Patients,” underscoring the link between oral and systemic health and advocating for the integration of dental care into comprehensive health strategies.

The conference gathered healthcare professionals from across Pakistan and abroad, promoting collaboration and emphasizing the role of family physicians in holistic health and continuous medical education.
