The CSP team was warmly received by Principal Abdullah Rizwan and teachers of the school that has total 120 students from the junior section up to Class VIII, ranging in age from 6 to 12 years.

To ensure effective supervision, the 2nd-year BDS students were divided into small groups, each led by a House Officer for oral examinations to be conducted in classrooms. The data collected during the examination was an essential part of an ongoing departmental research project.

Following the examinations, Dr Mohsin Haider, along with the HOs, conducted an informative oral health education session involving interactions with the students and incorporated videos and models to captivate their interest and enhance their understanding.

The students attentively participated and exhibited keen interest, actively responding during the session. Practical demonstrations of oral hygiene practices, including proper tooth brushing techniques, were performed on models to benefit the audience.

During the dental checkup, students with dental issues were identified, and appropriate treatment advice was given to them. This information was then communicated to their parents through the teachers and headmistress.

The school principal expressed satisfaction with the activity and appreciated the BUDC team for their valuable contribution.
