KARACHI: Liaquat College of Medicine and Dentistry (LCMD) is poised to host a prestigious event tomorrow, January 10, 2026, with the Inauguration Ceremony of the CPSP IMECon-26 Pre-Conference Workshop. This marks a significant moment in Pakistan’s medical education landscape, bringing together prominent political figures, medical leaders, and educational professionals to highlight the importance of simulation-based education in healthcare training.

Headlining the event will be Senator Sarmad Ali, one of Pakistan’s leading media moguls and policy influencers. His presence as a key speaker underscores the evolving role of public policy and media in shaping the future of healthcare education in the country. His voice will bring vital cross-sector dialogue to the event, emphasizing the need for innovation in medical training.

Joining Senator Sarmad Ali is Dr. Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, the Federal Minister for Education, who will attend as the Chief Guest.
