Poster competition at AIDM highlights students' creativity, academic excellence

KARACHI: The Department of Community and Preventive Dentistry at Altamash Institute of Dental Medicine successfully organized a poster competition for 2nd-year BDS students. The event, supervised by Associate Professor Dr. Amir Akbar Shaikh and faculty members Dr. Naseer Ahmed, Dr. Ahmad, and Dr. Shahrukh, showcased the students' creativity and academic excellence.

A distinguished panel of judges, including Dr. Munawar Ul Haq (LCMD), Dr. Ujala Mushtaque (JMDC), Dr. Sameer Qureshi (FJDC), and Prof. Dr. Sheema Farhan Akram, Vice Principal of Altamash Institute, evaluated the posters.

The competition concluded with the announcement of the top three winners, who were awarded cash prizes for their outstanding work. All participants received certificates, and the judges were honored with shields as tokens of appreciation.

The event celebrated academic creativity while fostering teamwork and innovation among future dental professionals.
