QUETTA: The Aria Institute of Medical Sciences, Quetta, successfully hosted a Continuing Medical Education (CME) hands-on workshop, drawing renowned dental experts to share their knowledge and expertise. Among the distinguished guests were Prof. Nasrullah Mengal, Principal of Dental College Quetta, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Talha Asad Tareen, Head of the Operative Dentistry & Endodontics Department.

Prof. Nasrullah Mengal praised the state-of-the-art facilities at Aria Hospital, emphasizing the importance of teamwork and cross-disciplinary collaboration to enhance patient care. He encouraged medical and dental professionals to unite for continuous learning and service improvement.

Dr. Talha Asad Tareen highlighted the significance of CME workshops in refining both theoretical knowledge and practical skills. He acknowledged that dentists in Balochistan previously had to travel across the country—and even internationally—to access such high-quality training. The availability of these advanced courses within the province is a major breakthrough for professional development.

Both experts extended their gratitude to Dr. Sohail Khan, CEO of Aria Institute, and the organizing committee, including Dr. Saleem Bangulzai, Dr. K.D. Khan, Dr. Ahsan Sherani, Dr. Kapil Kumar, and Dr. Masooma Tareen, for arranging a well-structured learning experience. They also encouraged the continuation of these workshops, ensuring that dentists in Balochistan can remain at par with their counterparts across Pakistan and the globe.
